Meet the Doula Night:
Doulas help make birth and postpartum better! Come meet all our lovely doulas, ask them questions, and spend quality time getting to know one another. We will include what doulas do, the benefits of doula services, and how to find the right doula for you.
Doulas nurture, support and offer expert guidance for families during their pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum time. There is incredible evidence that shows how doulas improve outcomes! Come learn more about these amazing doulas.

Easier Childbirth Education:
Register today to gain confidence in your body, to trust your innate ability to give birth and to make informed decisions about pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and parenting.
What can you expect from this 4 week series?
~ You and your partner gain guidance + advice about the stages of birth to propel you in a positive direction, giving you the confidence in your body’s ability to naturally give birth.
~ Engage in movement and comfort techniques to make labor easier, faster, and less painful.
~ Learn how to create a support system for the postpartum period.
~ Learn tools to cultivate and nurture your outlook, intuition, and perceptions about birth.
~ How you can prepare for and support each other through the many changes to come.
Early Pregnancy Class:
This class is designed for pregnant women with their partners to take anywhere between 12 and 28 weeks. It is a compliment to our longer 4 – 6 week childbirth class series which is begun between 28 and 32 weeks. In this class you will learn about keeping yourself and baby healthy through exercise and movement, nutrition, self care, common discomforts, and complimentary modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic care and nourishing herbs for pregnancy. You will also learn about your choices and options for giving birth in the Roaring Fork Valley. Please RSVP to reserve your spot.
Nursing Moms Club:
A monthly support group welcoming all families. Come out and connect with other mothers, and receive:

Whether this is your first baby or not, we can help make the transition easier for you and your family. Our goal is to help your family find it’s way through breastfeeding that leaves you feeling confident, secure, and prepared for life in your newly expanding(ed) family. You’ll learn about positioning & latch, supply & demand, how often a newborn should feed, the benefits of skin-to-skin contact, when to start pumping, and when to introduce a bottle, and how to take care of yourself.
